I want to share my experience as I am in the service industry myself. My family normally goes to the Baskin Robbins on Highland Rd in Kitchener but was closer to the Bridgeport Rd location today. I ordered the banana Royal like I usually do but this time it was noticeably smaller. EXTREMEMLY SMALL AMOUNT OF TOPPING and VERY SMALL SCOOPS OF ICE CREAM! It literally didn’t even take up half the cup. Not what I am used to. The highland location always gives me my money’s worth (this dessert is 8 dollars +tax)Also when the associate handed my husband his milkshake my daughter accidentally knocked it on the floor before he even had a sip. I know that it’s not the mandate of most companies to replace it but in my line of work I don’t think twice. ITS ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION! He charged us for it and didn’t even ask if we would want another even if we had to pay. Associate had zero personality. If I could give 0 star I would. Now I know to always go to the Highland Rd location!!

Good choice of ice creams. The man behind the counter is polite and Only answers if you talk to him, doesn't annoy you with unnecessary chit chat. I liked that.

Customer Service was excellent- had no clue what to order for cake. They recommended many flavors and let me try them before I ordered. She had also made sure the cake order was correct and to my liking

I absolutely love Baskin Robbins. My go to is mint chocolate chip and its to die for! If you havent tried their seasonal flavor coconut with walnuts in it... do it! Clean store not alot of sitting room inside but there are benches outside. Always open on holidays too!

This location is amazing if anyone (university students, family etc;) wants to grab a bite for their sweet tooth! The place is always clean when I come and the staff is so friendly and patient. The ice cream selection is wonderful and their cakes are just mouth watering! I would recommend this place to any of my fellow university students, friends and family! Keep up the great work!!
Affordable Passenger Transport
Took my kids and their friends there and we ordered 6 single scoop cones. They were the smallest scoops I've ever seen on a single scoop ice cream cone. More suited to a kiddie cone. In the past more ice cream and were offered sugar cones - not this time. Will not be going back.

This is a gem of Bridgeport plaza. I come here when I have some extra time before an apointment. In off peak season it isnt too busy, so you can enjoy one of the few tables they have. The staff is super knowledgable, and helpful to create a memorable treat! There are so many flavours, I would recommend you visit now, and often!

Not open at opening time! Tried to take my toddler here today, we arrived 10 minutes after opening and saw a lady and two men (not a group) each checking the door before walking away. As we got closer, we saw that lights were out and the door was still locked. Ruined my little girl's day (and her toilet training reward). No idea the quality of the product at this location since obviously we weren't able to try any!

Baskin Robbins is the best ice cream shop chain by far. I docked off a star here since they don't know how to make milkshakes at this location and the scoops are smaller than average.

I went to Baskin Robbins for the first time in my life and I got a milkshake. It may as well have been a cup of milk, it was so liquidy. I asked for him to remake it and he simply took the milkshake I had already drank (unsanitary!) And put it back in the blender with another scoop of ice cream. He gave it back to me even more liquidy. Will not be back.

12pm on a Wednesday craving a small hot fudge Sundae..off to b&r..so got a single scoop the server put a tiny dallop of fudge on it..and a bit of whipped cream...I ask if that was it for 5.00 she said just a minute went to a can and put another dollar of fudge ontop of the whip cream..not hot..just goo..and served it to me...I refused it..epic fail...no hot fudge ready..but didn't say that...then..ontop of the whip cream um NO...off to dq for a soft hot fudge sundae

The ice cream and selection itself is fine, but the staff are awkward and often don't seem very friendly. Customer service isn't great. It's possibly the air conditioning or fridges but it's loud and I think the staff have a hard time hearing the customer orders and requests.

The scoops are ridiculously small. Compared to other Baskin Robbins the scoops are less than HALF. Basically stealing. Shame.

Absolutely delicious cake! I ordered it not knowing how it would turn out and it came to me as perfect as can be. I was skeptical about coming here to this location but I'm glad that I did - You need to go in and experience for yourself not what others make of it! Will definitely be coming back here for future cake orders!! Thanks so much to the establishment for making my anniversary a sweet and delightful one!

I ordered an ice-cream cake here for my son's BP more than one week prior to pick up. When we came there for pick up it was not ready. After about 20 min we got a cake, but it looked far from the picture I saw. We were late for our own BP. I do not recommend this place for ordering cakes...

I ordered two Polar Pizzas and they did not look like the pics on the online menu. Meagre toppings, the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Polar Pizza shows on menu to have 33 pieces of cookie dough, mine had 16 and the crusts were soggy - very disappointing for $53.98. Customer service is sorely lacking, not friendly at all.👎ðŸ»

I used to love this shop. The gentleman who ran it was really friendly. The new staff seem like they'd rather be anywhere but working and they're soooo SLOW. It's a shame because I would patronize them more.

I literally had a printed email coupon but the lady(kind of seemed like an owner) refused to count our coupon because it was not a hard copy. Baskin Robbins would not have sent me an email coupon if it wasn't meant to be used in a printed form. I go to the plaza quite often, but that was my first and last visit to that store. Just go to Walmart and buy Haagen dazs.
